Our Oklahoma clinic is currently a hybrid practice meaning many of our ladies see us as “out-of-network“ (cash-based) providers, but we are also “in-network“ providers with BCBS and Healthchoice.

Our Arkansas clinic is 100% cash-based.

Need an estimate for the cost of your services?

Feel free to email, call, or text our office.

Benefits of seeing a “cash-based” provider:

  • No co-pay or costs that vary each session; know and pay your costs upfront
  • No delay or denial of care as you wait for insurance pre-authorization
  • Often insurance reimbursement rates determine the interventions received. Know you will receive every intervention needed without increased cost of services
  • Superbill (detailed receipt) can be provided after each appointment to submit to insurance for reimbursement
  • HSA and FSA accepted for physical therapy evaluations and treatments

Services (all offered in-person and virtual):

Initial Evaluation

This 1-1.5 hour session is for both wellness (see below) and for problem focused visits. This includes a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plan. You will be provided with appropriate resources + home program to supplement therapy.

Problem Focused Follow Up Visits

Each follow-up session is 45 minutes - 1 hour of one-on-one care with the provider who you saw for the initial evaluation, Dr. Polk, Dr. Kelley, or Dr. Foote. These sessions involve hands on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and any other necessary interventions to achieve your goals. With each session, your home program is updated and progress towards your goals are reviewed.

Pregnancy Wellness Follow Up Visits

We have taken the guess work out of it and walk with you through your entire pregnancy, ensuring you are properly supporting your body.

Along the way we discuss topics such as changes occurring, exercise guidelines, support garments, perineal stretching, movement strategies, and other holistic considerations.

Each visit we will assess your body (alignment, restrictions, uterine ligaments/baby positioning, pelvic floor status) and  progress you within an individualized exercise program. Near the end of pregnancy, we teach a one-on-one birth prep class (see below) to ensure you have the skills and techniques to work “smarter and not harder” during labor.

For wellness, many of our ladies elect to be seen on a monthly basis leading up to birth of baby.

Postpartum Wellness Follow Up Visits

We believe women are underserved in the postpartum period and accept many symptoms as “normal” when they are not. The postpartum wellness package has been created to walk you from delivery to full recovery.

Along the way we discuss timeline for healing, scar tissue mobilization, proper breast feeding positions, and screen for conditions such as diastasis recti or pelvic organ prolapse. We walk you through an individualized exercise program to return to the highest level of function you desire.  Many of our ladies elect to new seen on a biweekly or monthly basis from around week 2 PP - week 12 PP.

Birth Prep Session

Bring support person(s) with you to this 1.5 hour session. Learn all about stages of labor and techniques to assist with labor progressing. Positions, manual techniques to open the pelvis, breathing, and comfort measures are discussed and practiced to assist with achieving your birth goals! This birth class is individualized for YOU based on your desires and whether or not any underlying orthopedic conditions exist that should be considered.

Clogged Milk Duct Treatment (In-Person Only)

Dealing with a clogged milk duct that is causing pain and hindering your breastfeeding journey? Therapeutic ultrasound, manual lymphatic drainage, and kinesiotaping are performed to reverse clogged milk duct and to promote milk flow. We will also discuss proper feeding positions + postures. Many clogged ducts cleared just in one treatment.

*It is recommended that you sign up for an initial evaluation if dealing with any other underlying issues or if you desire to receive more resources to improve postpartum experience. This visit is to address clogged milk duct only.*
