Karinda is the founder and CEO of Perfect Peace Physical Therapy.
She attended Arkansas State University where she first earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree and then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Karinda began her physical therapy career in 2018 with a love for simply helping people reach their physical goals, working with diverse population groups. It was during Karinda’s pregnancy and postpartum experience in 2019-2020 she became amazed with how the female body was designed to grow, birth, and nurture a child. This led her to pursue additional education in obstetrics and pelvic floor physical therapy to better assist women in these seasons and beyond. She has received extensive training through the American Physical Therapy Association and Herman & Wallace, allowing her to provide the latest evidenced-based interventions to support women who are pregnant, postpartum, and suffering with various pelvic dysfunctions. Furthermore, Karinda has her CAPP-OB certification through the APTA, signaling expertise caring for women in the seasons around birth.
In her free time, Karinda enjoys doing ministry alongside her husband (Mason), discussing holistic living, and raising her two incredible children, Adley Jo and Asa Thomas.
