Your care doesn't always fit neatly into a traditional therapy appointment. Sometimes you need a little extra support, a specific tool, or focused education for the season you're in.
Our additional services are designed to complement your care and give you more ways to feel confident, prepared, and supported.

Dry needling is a specialized treatment technique that can help decrease muscle tension, reduce pain, and support the body's nervous system when tissues have become irritated or overly sensitive.
At Perfect Peace, we use dry needling as one tool to help your body downshift from a heightened or irritated state, allowing muscles and surrounding tissues to relax and move more normally. This can be especially helpful when pain, muscle tension, or nerve sensitivity is making it difficult for your body to function the way you want it to.

Cupping is a hands-on treatment technique that uses gentle suction to help release tension, improve blood flow, and support the body's natural healing processes.
At Perfect Peace, cupping can be used to address areas of tightness, restriction, or inflammation and may help encourage movement of fluid through the tissues and lymphatic system. By creating space within the tissues, cupping can help your body relax, move more freely, and recover more comfortably.
Cupping can be a helpful addition to pelvic health care, recovery from exercise, or times when your body simply feels tight, heavy, or stuck.
