Peri-post Menopause Care

Perimenopause and menopause are natural seasons of life, but that does not mean you have to simply live with the changes that come with them. Your body is changing, and your pelvic health matters just as much now as it did during earlier seasons of life.

At Perfect Peace, we help you understand what is happening in your body and create an individualized plan to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in this season.

What we address

As hormones fluctuate and estrogen levels decline, many women experience changes that affect their pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, sexual health, strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. At Perfect Peace, we help you understand what is happening in your body and create a plan that supports where you are now. Here is a common list of symptoms women may experience in this season that we can address:

  • Urinary leakage, urgency, or frequency
  • Constipation or bowel changes
  • Pelvic pain
  • Painful intercourse or sexual activity
  • Vaginal discomfort
  • Pelvic pressure, heaviness, or prolapse
  • Changes in sexual function
  • Low back or hip pain
  • Decreased strength or mobility
  • Difficulty returning to or maintaining exercise
  • Changes in how your body feels and functions

This season may look different, but it doesn’t have to mean feeling limited. You deserve to feel strong, confident, and at home in your body through every season of life.
