Statement about serving women's health through all life stages.

Letter from the CEO

After giving birth to my first child, I found myself experiencing symptoms I knew weren’t normal. But instead of feeling confident in my body or knowing where to turn for answers, I felt confused, dismissed, and discouraged. Like so many women, I was left wondering what was happening to my body and whether I simply had to live with it.

That experience changed me. It changed the way I viewed women’s healthcare, and it created a deep desire in me to make sure no other woman felt the way I did. I wanted women to have a place where their concerns were taken seriously, their questions were welcomed, and they could receive the answers and care they deserved.

That is what led me to pelvic health physical therapy.

Throughout my pregnancy, labor, and the difficult days of postpartum, I clung to Isaiah 26:3:

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because [s]he trusts in You.”

I didn’t know then how the Lord would use those words to call me into something much bigger. What began as a personal experience and a vision for something different has grown into a team of exceptional Doctors of Physical Therapy across two states, all sharing the same heart to love and serve women through our God-given gifts.

We believe women deserve more from their healthcare. That is why our promise to you is simple:

Be heard. Be known. Be restored.

We hold tightly to this promise in all that we say and do because we never want a woman who walks through our doors to feel confused, dismissed, or alone in her body.

Instead, we want you to know that you are being listened to, deeply cared for, and walked alongside through every season of life.

We invite you to come experience the Perfect Peace difference.

-Dr. Karinda Polk, PT, DPT
